Special Touches and Services

At The Woodlands we strive to be your full service banquet facility. That is why we offer a Professional Disc Jockey service, Bakery service, and other special touches to enhance your special event.

DJ Service

The Woodlands is proud to offer you a Professional Disc Jockey for your special event. We have partnered with Big Daddy Walker Productions for all your music needs. They have all of your favorite music from yesterday to today. Their systems include, Mackie and QSC Speakers and Bass Dumps. They also feature Denon, Rane, and Seinheiser DJ equipment. All systems include a wireless microphone. This system can be yours for $800.00 for a 4-hour rental and $150.00 for each additional hour. If you would like to bring in your own D J Service their will be $150.00 fee charged.

Bakery Service

The Woodlands has an on site independent professional baker that can create any kind of cake you desire. We have all flavors available and can design wedding cakes and sheet cakes with corporate logos or any design. Our cake service is available to you at a cost of $1.80 per slice. A fountain rental of $20.00 may apply. Please ask to see our picture book.

Invitations & Accessories

The Woodlands has a complete line of Wedding Invitations and Accessories that will be discounted up to 30% off the suggested retail price for invitations up to 20% off all other accessories. (Accessories include items such as printed napkins, matches, engraved items, Etc.) Ask us to see the books.

Special Services

The Woodlands has many other services available for your special event. We have wishing wells so your guests have a place to put their cards. The wishing wells are available for a rental fee of $30.00.

The Woodlands has colored napkins available to match your bridal, school, corporate, or team colors. The charge for colored napkins is $30.00.

The Woodlands also offers chair covers in white or ivory for $3.75 per chair. This includes a Satin Chair Sash and matching napkins. (Color choice available for Sash and Napkins) The Woodlands also offers chair covers for $2.75 per chair. This includes either a white or ivory chair cover with a black chair band.

A Chocolate Fountain or Nacho Cheese Fountain can be added to you package for $2.00 per person or you can make any package a Deluxe package for $5.00 per person. The Deluxe Package includes our Chocolate Fountain or Nacho Cheese Fountain, Wine Package and Ice Carving.

Ice Carvings

Ice Carvings can be purchased for any of the Packages. Basic carvings start at a cost of $250.00. Other carvings can be ordered for an additional charge. Ask The Woodlands for complete details.
