Welcome to The Woodlands



The Woodlands can accommodate elegant wedding receptions, club events, business meetings and seminars, or any other special event. The Woodlands in Cleves, Ohio, can accommodate groups as large as 1000 people. The Woodlands Crystal Room in Forest Park can accommodate groups as large as 275 people.

No matter which of our locations you select to have your special event at, it is our goal to provide professional and efficient services to make sure that your special event runs smoothly.

The Woodlands has several menus available to choose from for your event. All our food is home cooked on location. The prices listed include all soft drinks, beer and snacks. Our meals are served on china, with stainless flatware, linen tablecloths and napkins on all guest tables.

The Woodlands in Cleves has a minimum guest count of 200 people in the North Hall, 400 guests for double rooms and 150 guests for the South Hall on all Saturday evening bookings. The Woodlands Crystal Room in Forest Park has a minimum Saturday evening requirement of 150 guests. Discounts are available for Friday nights and Saturday afternoon bookings.
